Tarnia Riggs is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Myriad Ardor, a boutique consultancy specialising in project advisory, governance, corporate affairs, stakeholder engagement and organisational improvement.

Tarnia brings extensive cross-sector experience across Australia and the United Kingdom, working across major infrastructure, renewable energy, transport, mining, water, health and government programs. She has supported executive leadership teams, project directors, multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and government agencies in navigating complex, high-profile and politically sensitive environments.

Her experience spans Tier 1 consultancies, multinational organisations and government agencies, including BHP, EnergyCo NSW, SA Health, CPB Contractors, Melbourne Water, Rail Projects Victoria, Woods Bagot, GHD, AECOM and Aurecon. Her work has encompassed project governance, strategic communications, corporate affairs, stakeholder and community engagement, organisational change, executive communications, social impact, issues management and cross-agency coordination.

Her broader professional experience includes local government, multinational organisations and the banking sector, with experience in business improvement, governance, operational management and organisational change. This commercial and operational foundation continues to inform her practical, delivery-focused approach to consulting.
