Tarnia Riggs is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Myriad Ardor, a boutique advisory practice specialising in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, corporate affairs and project support.

With more than 15 years’ experience across Australia and the United Kingdom, Tarnia has supported major infrastructure, renewable energy, transport, mining, water, health and government programs, working alongside executive leadership teams, project directors, technical specialists, contractors and government stakeholders.

Her experience spans Tier 1 consultancies, multinational organisations and government agencies, including BHP, EnergyCo NSW, CPB Contractors, Woods Bagot, GHD, AECOM and Aurecon. Throughout her career, she has advised on stakeholder risk, community engagement, strategic communications, social impact, reputation management and cross-agency coordination across complex and often politically sensitive environments.

Known for translating complex technical, operational and policy-driven information into clear and practical communication, Tarnia combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to help organisations build trust, strengthen stakeholder relationships and support successful project outcomes.
